Returns and refunds

For change-of-mind returns, bottles must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return, then send your order back within 14 days of notifying us.

Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Once your return is received, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with your order number so we can help. The unopened condition does not apply to faulty or incorrectly described products, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
